You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without providing any reason.

3. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

- in original packaging
- with all accessories and tags included
Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for return, as stated on the product page.
4. Return Period
Once you notify us of cancellation, you must return the item within 14 days.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will include:
- the price of the product
- standard delivery costs (where applicable under UK law)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
