Shipping Policy – Nirkya
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 5–25 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or local carrier delays.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery at any time.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or fulfilment from different warehouses.
This may result in multiple deliveries and different arrival dates. All items will still be delivered and tracking information will remain active.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
8. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs inspections, logistics issues, or high demand periods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs authorities.
